Mental Health during the holidays affects many individuals. These effects cause stress and
depression. Some feel depressed because they are not able to spend the holidays with loved
ones or friends who have passed. Stress is caused because it's already there just because the
holidays are here does not mean stress just comes because of the holidays. To get through the
holidays with your Mental Health intact I say think of the joyful times you had with your lost loved
ones and friends. To those loved ones and friends alive, have the greatest time with them and
focus on being happy. To avoid a stressful holidays ask for help doing simple tasks like cooking
or wrapping gifts. Remember its the holidays focus on the warmth of being with others.
